A typical day for service technicians may include:

Call customers to confirm scheduled services.
Mixing chemicals and loading equipment into a company service vehicle.
Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a pest control schedule with timely arrivals.
Visiting customers to administer treatments, install preventative products, and/or service bait/termite stations.
Discuss the scope of service with the customer.
Collecting payments from customers.
Respond on a timely basis to customers’ requests for telephone and in person service calls.
Complete required production forms at end of daily route.
Prospecting for new business leads.

What do you need to qualify?

No experience? No problem! All training is provided.
High School Diploma or GED or have a combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A great attitude and work ethic.
Be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
An acceptable criminal background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening.
